Application Form

We appreciate your interest in our one-year amateur contract program! Either to Play or Work & Play football in Greece.

As part of our qualification procedure, we kindly request that you upload several documents using this form (if you can't fill in the form, alternatively, you can send the requested documents to players@idsoccer.com).

Please Have the Following Documents Ready for Upload:

1. Passport (photograph)
2. Birth Certificate (photograph)
3. Your football CV (profile) / Including your video links (PDF or photograph)

Please note that the cost for this arrangement is 15,000 euros, and a bank statement of your sponsor might be required.
